Couples Counselling
($200/per session - 1 hour)
Couples counselling provides a safe, supportive space for partners to explore their relationship, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Whether you're facing conflict, experiencing a life transition, or simply want to strengthen your connection, a trained therapist helps guide constructive conversations, foster understanding, and promote healthier patterns of interaction. The goal is to support both individuals and the relationship as a whole

Play Therapy Informed Counselling ($160/per session - 1 hour)
Play therapy is a therapeutic approach based on developmental principles for ages 4-12. It’s a process where the child chooses objects, symbols, or types of play to express their inner concerns or work through particular problems. Play therapy is only offered by trained child therapists

Individual Therapy
($160/per session - 1 hour)
Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. Individual therapy is also called therapy, psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy, talk therapy, and counselling.

Accelerated Resolution
Therapy (ART)
($240/per session - 1.5 hours)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy, often referred to as ART, is a form of psychotherapy with roots in existing evidence-based therapies but shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly (usually within 1-5 sessions).
Clients suffering from trauma and other mental health problems.
The process is very straightforward, using relaxing eye movements and a technique called Voluntary Memory/Image Replacement to change the way in which the negative images are stored in the brain. The treatment is grounded in well-established psychotherapy techniques, and the end result is that traumas and difficult life experiences will no longer trigger strong emotions or physical reactions.

Family Therapy
($200/per session - 1 hour)
Family therapy is to help everyone in the family understand and support each other. Family therapy can help when families are feeling overwhelmed, sad and angry; when they're unsure how to move forward. If a family is dealing with changes associated with illness, mental health and substance use problems, unemployment, moving, ageing, divorce, trauma, and death and grieving, family therapy can be helpful.

LGBTIA2S
Many lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (or questioning) individuals seek counseling for reasons similar to non-LGBTQ individuals (i.e. – depression, anxiety, grief, couples therapy, work stress, etc). And while some issues have little to do with sexuality, gender, or identity, the LGBTQ community does have their own set of unique challenges as well. We are here to help.
